Cancellation or No-Show Policy

Your appointments are very important to all members of our team at Remedy Restore. Time allocated for an appointment is reserved especially for you. We do understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 24-hour notice for adjustments to your appointments and for cancellations. All our policies are designed to benefit our patients and to provide the best quality and tradition of excellent service.

 

 

Cancellation Policy:

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we are unable to fill that appointment time and patients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive the services they want. We ask but do not require that patients supply a credit card to have on file. All cards on file are added to the system via a secure electronic process that ensures the information is encrypted and remains secure. If you do not give the requested notice for a change or miss an appointment, a $50 fee for services of 1 hour or less of booking time lost will be charged to your card on file. Example – if your missed service was booked for 30 minutes, you’ll be charged $50. If your booked service was for 2 hours, you’ll be charged $100. If we do not have a card on file, you will receive an invoice via email for missed appointment fees. If you choose not to pay the invoice within a 48-hour period, you will be removed from our system and may no longer book our services.

As a courtesy to our patients, we will send you an email reminder two days prior to your appointment, and if you’ve selected to receive a text reminder as well, you will receive a text reminder two hours prior to the scheduled service. If you choose not to provide us with the opportunity to remind you of your appointment, or if an unexpected failure of the reminder system occurs, you are still responsible for managing your appointment and adhering to the cancellation policy.

 

Notification given at least 24 hours prior to your appointment will receive no charges.

At this time, a first no-show or late cancellation will not result in a fee; however, a future booking will require a $50 deposit to hold your appointment time. The deposit will be put towards your service fee or non-refundable if you cancel the rescheduled appointment.
